Evergreen (Aglaonema), is one of the best plants for beginners (or folks too busy to keep most houseplants alive). Excellent for first time plant parents and new home owners; it is drought tolerant and grows in almost any light condition. The aglaonema, sports stunning red edges, adding just the right touch of color to any room.
This sturdy plant is wonderfully easy to grow; water when soil is dry; drain any excess water. Will tolerate low-lit rooms but also thrives in rooms where some sunlight is received.

How To Care For Your Aglaonema
Your Aglaonema prefers bright indirect light but can adapt to low light. If you don’t have an ideal location for your Aglaonema, use a Grow Light.
Water your Aglaonema when the top 50% of the soil is dry. Water until liquid flows through the drainage hole at the bottom of the pot and discard any water that has accumulated in the saucer.
This plant can survive in a low humidity environment, but it will thrive with higher humidity levels. Mist the leaves regularly using a Mister to raise the humidity, especially during the drier winter months.
This plant prefers temperatures in the 60’s and 70’s. Avoid cold drafts and sudden temperature changes.
Feed once a month during the spring and summer with a liquid fertilizer for indoor plants such as our All Purpose Fertilizer
The Red Aglaonema is moderately toxic to pets and humans. Typically, ingestion will cause mouth and stomach irritation and possible vomiting.
